The Ballroom Express is a seasonal magazine distributed under the Ballroom Blitz Club–the alternative music venue of Beirut. The magazine showcases stories, interviews and reviews from the local and international clubbing scene. The pilot, first and second issue were printed in an older newspaper factory. It wasn’t until the third issue that the design shifted to a magazine format. Each issue is accompanied by a limited edition poster by various arists. I lead this 3 year project during my time at Studio Safar – I was tasked to curate and design each issue – from content to production. 

In addition, I also contributed to the second issue by illustrating the limited edition poster, and  to this issue by interviewing The Blessed Madonna.
